Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) National President Roberto M. Pagdanganan paid a courtesy visit to his counterpart at GIRL SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES (GSP), National President Susan R. Locsin at the GSP National Headquarters in Manila.
