As a senior scout,
I will live by the scout oath and law and the senior scout motto and slogan.
I will be familiar with the constitution of the Philippines especially my rights and obligations as a Filipino citizen.
I will share in my responsibilities to my home, school, church, neighborhood, community and country.
I will deal fairly and kindly with my fellowmen in the spirit of the scout law.
I will work to preserve our Filipino heritage aware that the privileges I enjoy were won by hardwork, sacrifice, clear thinking and faith of our forefathers.
I will do everything in my power to pass a better Philippines to the next generation.

i just want to share my SCOUTING HISTORY to all gentlemen and ladies who do have the GUTS to face the SCOUTING LIFE. Back when i’m in GRADE 4, i started my JOURNEY in scouting. at first, i thought scouting was just for fun yet i continue my scouting until i graduated in elementary. i stopped in scouting when i was in the first year level high school(first year high school). years passed and i saw many senior scouts( high school scouters) proudly wearing their type A uniform every saturday. i made up my mind, i talked to my mother about my plan in joining SENIOR SCOUTS in my school. i went to the office to get the requirements to become a senior scout and i’m shocked because the requirements to become a senior scout are ( must be a boy scout,graduate in elementary as a boy scout, enrolled in academics and must attained the certificates in boy scouts). i do have the requirements so, without any hesitation i passed my requirements in the office and they interviewing my background and asking me some question. i got my first membership card as a senior scout last AUGUST,2006. back then, i joined many activities like camping,jamboree,mountain climbing,hiking and many more. i became a 1st class after 6 months i joined. i attained all the ranks and the time has come. year 2008, my eagle rank investiture has come and i;m so scared yet, i know that i could passed it. i saw the judges from different councils, my knees suddenly shooked. because of my knowledge in scouting and ofcourse god helps me to achieved the highest ranked in scouting. now i’m almost 3 years eagle scout rank holder, i want to continue my scouting because it’s all worth it. i can use my knowledge in scouting in everyday life. guys this is my short history to share among our brave scouts and i hope that you take this as an inspiration to continue in your scouting career. do not stop even you reached the highest peak, just continue and be brave enough to conquer your problems.thank you for reading this.again, i’m EAGLE SCOUT MARK ACE P. Dapat alisin ang salitang ‘maka-Diyos’ sa batas ng scout at dapat na ring alisin ang salitang ‘Diyos’ sa panunumpa. Hindi katanggap-tanggap iyan para sa aming mga non-believers. Humihinto tuloy kami sa parteng ito!

Ang Boy Scouts of the Philippines ay handang tumangap ng miyembro nito kahit sino, ang mahalaga ay ginagawa at ginagampanan nya ang pagiging isang Scout. Kahit bakla o tomboy ay tinatangap at inirerepesto natin sa ating organisasyon basta wala silang ginagawang masama laban sa organisasyon at wala silang minomolestiya na kahit sino.
