The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) conferred the World Scout Environment Badge (WSEB) to two hundred forty one (241) Senior Scouts who completed the requirements of the World Scout Environment Programme (WSEP) Framework on Thursday, 5 January at Almeria, Biliran.

The WSEB was awarded in a simple Court of Honor Ceremony which was graced by key officials of the Department of Education – Biliran headed by the Superintendent Carmela Tamayo and Assistant Superintendent Lanie H. Cervantes.Each of the Senior Scout received the following from the BSP National Office — WSEP Certificate duly signed by the national key-3 officials, World Scout Environment Badge and the WSEP Badge identification card.

Hi Jomar. Training for Adult Leaders for the implementation of the World Scout Environment Programme is handled separately by the Regional Offices and Local Council. For this matter, it is recommended that you coordinate directly with the EMR Regional Office and/or Davao City Council if they have scheduled any.
