Job Description:

  • Report directly and be responsible to the Director of Administration;
  • Plan and implement installation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting program on BSP Buildings, installations and equipment;
  • Repair building installations and equipment and conduct test-run of installations and equipment prior to acceptance;
  • Prepare Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) for installation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting requirements of the BSP; and
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned to and directed by the Director of Administration.

Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Development or related field

Work Experience:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience particularly  in Recruitment
  • with writing skills

Job Description:

  • Report directly and responsible to the Director of Administration;
  • Provide clerical support to the corporate recruitment program to fill up vacancies and future manpower demands;
  • Post vacancies in the BSP website and other posting sites/publications;
  • Coordinate with Universities and Colleges for possible arrangements/ recommendations for internship/employment;
  • Prepare appointment papers, contracts of service and other related HR documents.
  • Provide technical support to the SALN Review Committee re submission of SALN to the Civil Service Commission on time; and
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned to and directed by the Director of Administration.
