The Field Operations Division of the BSP National Office is set to hold its 2017 Group Planning Workshop at Rama International Beach Resort, Botolan, Zambales on March 20-22, 2017.
The 2017 Group Planning Workshop of the Field Operations Division is the first stage of the Performance Management System (PMS) of the BSP – Performance Planning and Commitment.
Performance Planning and Commitment employs the concept of performance contracting. It is the period where Division Directors and Heads of Offices meet with the executives, officers and the general staff and agree on the outputs or the employee’s Performance Contract for the year based on the BSP’s Annual Work and Financial Plan as approved during the 2016 National Year-End Performance Review and Planning Conference last December 2016. These contracts are commonly known as the ‘Individual Performance Commitment and Review’ or the IPCR.
The Group Planning Workshop is designed as a strategic planning conference cum preparation of the Office Performance Commitment and Review, Individual Performance Commitment and Review and the Division Budget for CY 2018. In the same manner, it will also be an opportunity for the members of the busiest and top performing operating group in the BSP National Office to reconnect with each other.
The Planning Workshop will be spearheaded by FOD Acting Director Sofronio D. Hontanosas and FOD Program Executive Kenny Ralph S. Fernando as Consultant and Project Officer, respectively.
