Avisado, National President of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) formally handed over the Philippine flag to Eagle Scout Emilio S. Aquino II of Zamboanga City Council as he represents the country in the 14th Korea National Jamboree at Nakdonggang Riverside, Dalseong-gun, Daegu City, South Korea on 3-9 August 2016.
